A THREE PART COURSE: 3 Saturdays - April 17, 24 & May 1—2:00pm-4:00

~Learn a simple and practical way to integrate a meditation practice into your daily life

~It is good that you take all 3 Saturdays, as you will be given simple homework and we will bit by bit set up your meditation practice

~You will be given life long tools and simple instructions on how to prepare the body and mind for Meditation

~Benefits of a daily practice and over a period of time, include: dropping stress out of the body, it literally “leaves”; letting go of negative thought patterns or habits; reduces high blood pressure;
makes the mind clearer and sharper; gives the body and mind the deepest rest (deeper than sleep); more and more you will be connected to your own joy and self-sufficiency

~No prior Yoga experience required

Course Fee: $80 for all 3 Saturdays. $30 per sessions.
