A FOUR PART COURSE: 4 Sundays - October 4, 11, 18, 25—2:30pm-4:30
Continuing Sundays, July 26th, August 2nd and 9th, 2:30pm-4:30
~Learn a simple and practical way to integrate a meditation practice into your daily life
~It is good that you take all 4 Sundays, as each Sunday you will be given simple homework and we will bit by bit set up your meditation practice. (however it is still open to anyone who wants to refresh or learn at any time)
~You will be given life long tools and simple instructions on how to prepare the body and mind for Meditation. (wear clothes that you can move in)
~Benefits of a daily practice and over a period of time, include: dropping stress out of the body, it literally “leaves”; letting go of negative thought patterns or habits; reduces high blood pressure; makes the mind clearer and sharper; gives the body and mind the deepest rest (deeper than sleep); more and more you will be connected to your own joy and self-sufficiency.
~No prior Yoga experience required.
Course Fee: $100 for all 4 Sundays. $30 per sessions.
